WANTED TO COLLECT ON DEBT FROM SAID ADVANCED FITNESS LABS HIRED THEM TO COLLECT 80.00. I SAID I WASN'T AWARE OF ANY UNPAID DEBT AND I HAD NEVER RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SAID THEY CONTACTED ME SEVERAL TIMES. I CALLED MY CC AND THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS PAID. I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO THIS FRAUD COLLECTION CO. AND EXPLAINED MY CC CO. SAID IT WAS PAID SHE TOOK MY WORD FOR IT AND SAID SHE'D CLOSE THE CLAIM. I ASKED HER TO SEND E-MAIL TO ME FOR MY PROTECTION IN CASE IT WAS SENT TO CREDIT REPORT, SHE SAID SHE WOULD SPEAK TO HER MANAGER ON HOW TO HANDLE THE MATTER. They called for a specific name saying they have information that someone is diabetic. When ask how they got the number the reply was that someone reported online of having diabetes. Bullshit

This number called and when I answered it they said nothing..about 20 minutes later they called again and said they were doing a survey about movies and asked how many movies I had been to in the last month...then the phone went dead before I could answer.

I am constantly having someone by that name cll me and harrass me and my family over a possible debt that i might have owed years aga. The keep saying that they have something on my social security number that may affect me and that I really need to contact them asap befor they take to court.
